Food Day is the nationwide celebration and movement for healthy, affordable, and sustainable food. The U.S. Conference of Mayors adopted a resolution declaring October 24 as Food Day. Food Day includes thousands of events from coast to coast ranging from food festivals, film screenings, candidate forums, debates, farm-to-school events, and supermarket tours.
Join us for a screening of FRESH, a film that has been used all over the world as a platform to raise awareness about healthier, more sustainable food and connect people to solutions in their community.
Learn more about Food Day and RSVP for FRESH at the Food Day website.
You can also join Saint Louis University's Department of Nutrition and Diatetics for a Gardens to Table Food Day event at 11:00am.
