10:30am-2:30pm: Picturing the Year: A New Year’s Resolution Lab
Drop into the lab any time to make a photo album for your favorite memories from 2017 and start making plans for 2018. How do you picture yourself in the New Year? What new adventures do you want to embark on? What goals do you want to set for yourself? Before or after you visit the resolution lab, participate in a resolution workshop to explore how you can make some simple changes that are good for you and your community!

11:00-11:45am: Youth Activism and Engagement Workshop
Learn how you can take a stand in the new year! Kid President’s video will serve as a jumping off point for a conversation about activists. Youth will have the opportunity to learn more about the activities and qualities of activists, identify and explore famous and ordinary activists, and create mini t-shirt posters with personal messages for the community. Facilitated by Tabari Coleman, this program is recommended for elementary students in grades 2–5 and their caregivers.

12:00-12:45pm: Clean Planet Workshop
Join St. Louis Earth Day to learn about the importance of keeping our planet clean. Start your year off right by learning about recycling, conserving resources, and how to reimagine new uses for everyday trashed items!

1:00-1:45pm: Scrubbadubbbaveggethinkercising!
Join HealthWorks! Kids’ Museum St. Louis for an exciting workshop that teaches children how to make good decisions to live an overall healthy life.
