Bring your children ages 2–5 to the Museum for an action-oriented version of Parent & Me! Kids will experience the history of St. Louis through movement. At 10am each day, families will visit a gallery to enjoy a few hands-on activities and a craft. From 10:25am–11am, kids will join professional dancer and storyteller Mama Lisa for an interactive movement workshop! Each class has a different theme.
Week 1 (February 2): Map Attack
Mama Lisa teaches kids the art of cartography to help them discover Missouri's scenic sights and sounds.
Week 2 (February 9): Rolling Route 66
Rev up for another fun time with song and dance as Mama Lisa shows kids the joys of taking a road trip to southwest Missouri.
Week 3 (February 16): George the Genius
It's story time as Mama Lisa takes the children on a journey to Diamond, Missouri, to learn about the works of George Washington Carver.
Week 4 (February 23): Next Stop
Get prepared to jump aboard a choo-choo and chug along on a whimsical ride aboard the Green Diamond during the 1940s.
