Changing for the Seasons: From Swimsuits to Skates explores the outdoor recreation and leisure in St. Louis, season by season. This exhibition will first explore spring and summer; in the fall, the focus will change to cold-weather activities. Using clothing, artifacts and images from the collection, we will look at how people have kept cool and entertained themselves over the years in St. Louis.

On Saturday, September 13, 2008, Changing for the Seasons: From Apples to Ice Skates debuts. The second part of the popular Changing for the Seasons exhibition explores autumnal and winter outdoor recreation and leisure in St. Louis.
