America I AM Across America Mobile Exhibition
The Missouri History Museum will host America I AM Across America, a mobile exhibition that that will tell the story of our nation’s African people and their legacies. The one-of-a-kind experiential super truck will be parked outside the Missouri History Museum at Lindell and DeBaliviere. The America I AM Across America mobile exhibition will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Using select objects and the latest in multi-media technology, the America I AM Across America experience will be a splash of sight and sound. Visitors will be invited to record their own thoughts and voices to the query, “What is My Imprint?”

America I AM Across America mobile exhibition is visiting over 100 communities across America and making stops at historical landmarks, special cultural events, African American museum and museums that have displayed a significant commitment to recording and preserving African American history and experiences. St. Louis is the second city in the five-month tour.

The America I AM Across America mobile exhibition was developed through a partnership between The Smiley Group, Inc., Arts and Exhibitions International (AEI) and the Cincinnati Museum Center. America I AM Across America mobile exhibition is sponsored by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.  Admission is free.
