College Group Visit Request Form

Thank you for choosing to visit the Missouri History Museum in Forest Park! All college groups must complete and submit this form at least 2 weeks before the date of your desired field trip to secure a reservation. Please understand that your tour is not finalized until you receive a confirmation letter via email.

Groups with Special Needs:
The Missouri History Museum is accessible to people with disabilities and seeks to serve every school and every student. We have experiences that accommodate special education students, foreign exchange students, ELL students, and ESL students.

Our building at 225 S. Skinker Blvd. has a wealth of educational resources, especially for college-age visitors. Visit to learn more.

Would you like to add a Private Curator Talk?

Each talk is around 1 hour and is $50 for a group of college students (normally $75 per group). All requests are subject to the availability of curatorial staff.

The Missouri History Museum is open 10am-5pm Wednesdays through Mondays and 10am-8pm on Tuesdays; however, we can accommodate groups beginning at 9am.

The Library & Research Center is open to the public Tuesday through Friday from 12-5pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm; therefore, it is best for our staff to accommodate groups on Mondays from 9am-3pm or Tuesday through Friday from 9am-12pm, if possible.

If you are requesting an agenda with activities at both buildings, we will build at least 15 minutes of travel time for your group to move between 5700 Lindell and 225 S. Skinker.

Please be aware that no times are guaranteed until confirmed by Reservations.

Please review the following policies

Outstanding Balance Policy: Payment for any group activites, such as Private Curator Talks or Private Theatre in the Museum, must be received at least one week in advance of your visit.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 7 days' notice for any cancellation or reschedule of a college group program. A cancellation as early as possible is requested so groups on our wait list can be confirmed. In the event of a cancellation with less than 7 days' notice, or in the event of a no-show, we will bill your school a $50 cancellation fee. 

No tour will be considered booked (no times, galleries, or guides arranged) until these policies are agreed to and a confirmation letter has been issued by the Missouri History Museum.
